Where can i get a bte hearing aid + a fm transmitter cheap or free to be used as a model?
Micky asked:
i have a major assignment at school, that deals with disablilities in the classroom. I have chosen to do deafness. is there anywhere i can get an bte hearing aid (just the one) and an fm transmitter for cheap or free?

Try contacting a company that makes hearing aids and ask
them if they could send you one. Tell them about your chosen
assignment. Give them all of the information you can. The more
information you pass onto them, the better your chances are
that you will get several working examples, along with literature
and product support. As for the FM Transmitter… you may
want to purchase something like a Mr. Microphone, take it all
apart, and use the circuitry to suit your needs. Or, you could
build one from scratch… Talk to your science Teacher.
