how would you cure earwax deafness at home?

You shouldn’t, as you most likely already know, be using cotton buds to try and remove the wax.
It only pushes it in further causing an increase in deafness from the wax blocking the ear drum.
The only correct and safe way to rid yourself of it, it to have your ears syringed.
You would be surprised at the amount of gunk that comes out of people’s ears.
Especially with someones like yours.
You will need to see a Doctor. No home treatments will work correctly.
