I need help on writing a thesis statement on deafness/cochlear implants, could someone help me out, please?

This is very hard to answer everyone has a different effect, but most likely they will be able to hear things they could not hear before, but again that is saying the surgery worked!
I will say I am not a fan of Cochlear Implants, why because they no longer fit into the Deaf Culture or into the Hearing Culture.
