hey i heard from my music teacher that beethoven had ringing in his ears and if you don’t know he became deaf towards the end of his life
definitely check this out with a doctors, because my music teacher said if you hear it then it can be a sign, and she was quite an educated woman.

No ringing in the ears or tinnitus is a symptom of something else like say…exposure to a loud sound. So ringing in the ears itself cannot cause anything but may cue you in to a problem like say…the music is too loud or a shift in the fluid on your ear, or sinusitis, or an ear infection.

typically hearing loss and ringing in ears coincide. As cells in the inner ear are damaged and hearing loss progresses many times the ringing starts to occur. The ringing is a sign that likely hearing loss has already started for her. The ringing will not make hearing loss get worse. She needs to be evaluated by an audiologist to see how bad her hearing is. She needs to try to protect her hearing from loud noise and may need hearing aids.
