Hearing Aid users.Can you wear hearing aids whilst flying?

My 8 year old daughter is a hearing aid user. We are flying to Ireland this weekend. Is she ok to wear her hearing aids whilst flying or is it best to take them out?

It depends, my granny recently got them and she was recommended to take them out while on a plane, my other granny was told she could wear them. For safety reasons etc, i would get your daughter to take them out, keep them in her bag and simply put them back after the flight.
ps, i live in Ireland, the weather is lovely here at the moment, its really sunny (which is strange because its usually raining!)
