Is there an equipment thing for your MP3 player to connect to your hearing aids?

Ages ago, I remember my audiologist telling me about this headset you can connect to your MP3 player to your hearing aids, to make you hear music better. If so, does anyone know how I can apply for this?

Talk to various deaf organizations. They should be able to give you helpful information.
