That is a question that could only be answered after a complete exam by an Audiologist. There are options for you with implants.

You would need to see an audiologist. If you have a conductive hearing loss, then there may be a possibility that it can be fixed medically or surgically because that usually is just a blockage. If you have a sensorineural loss, this is not surgical fixable, to maintain your hearing it would be best to get a hearing aid. If you are shy to wear them in public, try an in the canal hearing aid, they are near invisible.
