i don’t think its an ideal situation to find yourself in. you don’t know what color goes where and even if you find out you still don’t know if your hearing aid is marked correctly.

Hmm that’s a big stuff up and no solution really.

Just hit and trial, i suggest, cozyou will know if you are doing it wrong.

I have no idea about colour but your ear peice should be moulded to your ears so will only fit in one..

behind the ear bit.. make sure your micrpphone and buttons work ok.. if not your’ll know it’s wrong so swop them over

Exelia have a website with their contact details so you could email them to ask if you are still really stuck:
They also have some pictures with the red one shown on the right, which is what I would expect as the right is regarded as the ‘positive’ side of the body so would have the stronger colour.

Left is Blue and Right is Red
You can only get the moulds into the” correct “ear otherwise they wont go in properly!

remember “Red = Right” (and the blue one is the left) no matter what make/model aid you have. One question though–why were you changing your own tubing and not bringing it to your audiologist? Most audiologists are more than happy to do it for you : )

Red is right, and blue is left.
